Trade_Up

An AI-powered investment tracking platform providing real-time market data, AI-driven analysis, and customizable alerts for stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

Artic-Pro

An ethical AI speech coaching platform designed for intelligibility and privacy. It provides profile-aware exercises and progress tracking without storing audio data.

WordOfGod

A calm, plan-driven Bible reading app. It guides you through 10 curated reading plans covering the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation, paired with intelligent theological reflections and a persistent audio reader.

Payment services for WordofGod and Artic-Pro are provided by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A.A. Litan LLC is not responsible for errors or security breaches occurring within the Stripe environment.

User Accounts and Role-Based Access

Access to our professional applications requires account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration data.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Role Integrity: Adhere strictly to the permissions granted to your assigned role (e.g., org_admin, user). Any attempt to bypass role-based access control (RBAC) or access unauthorized functionality is a strict violation of these Terms.

Acceptable Use and Scanning Authorization

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. The following product-specific requirements apply:

Prohibited Conduct

You shall not use the Services to breach security measures, distribute malicious code, or interfere with any network, host, or user (e.g., via denial-of-service or overloading).

System Integrity

You are prohibited from scraping, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works of any portion of the Services.

User Content and Data Governance

Ownership

You or your organization retain all proprietary rights to the data, text, and materials submitted to the Services ("User Content").

License to Operate

You grant the Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide and maintain the Services (e.g., generating risk narratives).

The Scrubbing Gateway

For all applications using automated analysis, the Company utilizes a proprietary de-identification mechanism to scrub sensitive technical strings and PII before processing.

Enterprise BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

For Enterprise licensees utilizing the BYOK functionality, you are solely responsible for the procurement, security, and maintenance of your third-party AI provider keys (e.g., OpenAI/Azure). The Company is not liable for service interruptions or data breaches occurring within your third-party AI environment.

Artic-Pro Local Processing

You acknowledge that Artic-Pro utilizes browser-native transcription. Deterministic local scrubbing is performed before any data is sent for AI analysis.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, scanning logic, and branding, remain the exclusive property of A.A. Litan LLC. These Terms grant no rights to use the Company's trademarks, logos, or trade names without prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Warranty

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Artic-Pro Coaching

Feedback is provided for educational and professional development purposes. It is not intended to modify personal identity or linguistic heritage.

WordofGod

Bible reflection is artificial intelligence generated; it might not accurately reflect personal translations of the bible passages.

Trade_Up Financial Disclaimer

Trade_Up provides market data and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. This does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You agree to consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.A. Litan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Services.

Termination
